How long does a project take?

For an Edgepoint build (up to 5 pages), typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks from brief sign-off. A Forgelight project (up to 10 pages with CMS) usually takes 4–8 weeks. Bladeworks timelines are scoped per project. Timelines depend on how quickly you can provide content, feedback, and approvals — our builds don't sit idle.
Do you work with any type of business?

Yes — we work with businesses of all kinds. From local service providers and hospitality operators to professional services, e-commerce, and everything in between. Consumer-facing and business-facing alike. If you need a professional web presence that works, we can build it.
What do I need to get started?

Not much to begin with. A clear idea of what your business does, who your customers are, and what you want the site to achieve is enough to kick off a conversation. We'll guide you through everything else — content, structure, imagery — as part of the process. You don't need to have it all figured out on day one.
Will I be able to update the site myself?

Forgelight and Bladeworks projects include CMS integration, meaning you can update content, add pages, and manage your site without touching code. Edgepoint sites are lightweight and static — ideal for businesses whose content doesn't change often. We'll recommend the right approach during the brief.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Every package includes post-launch support — 14 days for Edgepoint, 30 days for Forgelight. After that, we offer monthly maintenance retainers covering updates, security checks, performance monitoring, and minor content changes. Ask about retainer options when you get in touch.
How does payment work?

Projects are billed in two installments: 50% upfront to begin, and the remaining 50% on completion before the site goes live. For larger Bladeworks projects, milestone-based payment schedules are available. All pricing is fixed — what's quoted is what you pay, with no surprise additions unless scope changes.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Absolutely. Bladeforge is based in Florida but works with clients across the United States and globally. All communication happens via video call and email — location has never been a barrier to a well-run project. We've structured our process to work cleanly across time zones.
What if I'm not sure which package I need?
